Jet Li is Chen Zhen in this modern remake of the Bruce Lee classic, The Chinese Connection. While studying in Japan, he learns of his master's death in a competition. He fights the man who killed him, defeating him soundly. This leads him to suspect that the master was killed by other means. It is discovered that he was poisoned and this leads Chen to seek revenge. This is without a doubt the greatest martial arts movie of all time. Directed by the martial arts choreographer of the Matrix.
