A genius in the white collar crime's department, Joe has convinced Tucker that he should make disappear all the little numbers racket operators in order to be the only one to control this business. The operation is a success but Joe Morse is in the same time worried about his own older brother Leo who's also in the same business. Joe wants to find a way to thank Leo who, years before, offered him the opportunity to study Law but Leo doesn't want to be Tucker's partner.
