France and Olivier Mestral own a teleshopping TV channel called France Boutique. They produce, write and broadcast all their broadcastings. They have just teamed up with an English society to present some of its products on their channel. But the real intentions of this new partner is to abuse the Mestrals, make them advertise one of their products that is said to ease pain and then, secretly, hire a lawyer to go after France Boutique by accusing the channel of false advertising. By doing so, this partner hopes to buy the shares of the Mestrals at a very low price and become the sole owner of France Boutique.
