The picture is a parody of the "Little Red Riding Hood" fairy tale. The 15 years old Vanessa Lutz, after her mom and stepdad's have been arrested, decides to drive to Stockton in order to meet her grandmother she hasn't met yet. Soon, she's picked up by the I5 killer, the mean Kiefer Sutherland, who tries to seduce her. She's lucky and smart enough to shoot him several times. Arrested by the LAPD, she's now considered as a cold blood killer and Kiefer as a poor victim. She manages to escape from the prison and, followed by the police forces and by a Kiefer Sutherland dreaming of revenge, she's heading to her grandmother's home in Stockton.
