Concerned about his reputation in front of his fellow criminals, Iwao, the head of the Fudoh family, kills his elder son who's endangered the city's criminals. Ten years later, Riki Fudoh, the second son of Iwao, has not forgotten his brother. The young man has become a fearsome yakuza at night with his gang formed by teens. He undertakes to one by one kill the members of the council who decided, ten years before to force his father to kill his brother. Now the old Iwao understands that Riki is also after him. Iwao hires Riki's half-brother to get rid of his son and of all his gang of youngsters.
