Uganda. Idi Amin Dada, the dictator of this african country is offered the unique opportunity to present himself to the world by Barbet Schroeder. So we follow Idi Amin in his everyday life marked by the eccentricities of the general. A commentary off reminds us of the cruel bloody political regime that Idi Amin impersonated in his country.

A surreal documentary. Recommended.
