Ghosts of Mississippi Movie Review Summary

This movie is based on a true story. Civil rights leader Medgar Evers was killed by white supremist Byron de la Beckwith. But after two trials he was still acquitted. Thirty years later, Hinds County, Mississippi, assistant D.A. Bobby DeLaughter takes it upon himself to get justice in the case. DeLaughter is played by Alec Baldwin. Whoopi Goldberg plays Evers' widow Myrlie.
