Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Gone Baby Gone

Patrick Kenzie and his girlfriend Angie Gennaro are private investigators. They see a woman named Helene McCready on television begging for help in finding her kidnapped daughter. They are later hired to help find the child. They get their first lead when they discover that Helene stole money from a drug dealer. Patrick and Angie believe that the drug dealer has her so they call the police to set up an exchange. They want to trade the drug money for the abducted girl. However, something goes wrong during the exchange and they conclude that the little girl drowned. Patrick finds out that the little girl's aunt and uncle set up the whole kidnapping so the little girl wouldn't be raised by her bad mother. A twist of events show that the girl is still alive and that someone has her.
Best part of story, including ending: What I like about this story is that the little girl was did not die but survived.

Best scene in story: My favorite part was when I found out the cop had her the whole time because it was a big twist in the story.
