Detective Mason Storm (Seagal) is a target after he overhears a conversation that he was not supposed to. After reporting his findings to his partner, he is attacked in his home by a few crooked cops and left for dead. He survives the attack, but falls into a coma and seven years later, he awakes to find his wife murdered and his son presumed dead. He searches for the people who took his family away. With the help of a nurse and his former partner, he is able to track down his enemies and take care of them.
