Tom Conway has been a Marine for nearly 30 years. Now he's appointed to the training of a recon unit. Hard job for Tom since this unit lacks motivation. Tom has also some problems with his hierarchy, more administrative than efficient. But when the time comes, his unit will be ready. At night, Tom tries to seduce again his ex-wife Marsha Mason who's working as a waitress in a local bar.
