Three tourists looking to get laid end up in a hostel in Eastern Europe that's embroiled in a torture for pleasure business. Three guys touring Europe (Paxton, Josh, and Uli) learn of a fabled hostel in Slovakia known for hot girls who will give them a good time. From Amsterdam, the three guys travel by train and come across a creepy guy on the train and make small talk. In Slovakia, they arrive at the hostel and cannot believe their eyes when it is populated with exotic beauties who invite them to hang out. That night they go clubbing upon their invitation.

After a crazy night partying wild at the club, Uli is missing. A Japanese tourist approaches them and tells them that her friend is also missing. She received a photo MMS of her and Uli saying goodbye. Paxton and Josh find this totally weird, but do not think much of it. Later while clubbing again, the two boys get hammered, Paxton is left behind, while Josh goes back to the hotel and passes out. However, a strange man is waiting in his room.

Josh wakes up in a dark torture chamber, surrounded by all manner of tools. A man comes up to him and drills holes in his chest while he screams in terror. He is sliced with a scalpel on his ankles and later his throat, killing him. We learn that the man is the creepy guy from the train.

Meanwhile, Paxton goes back to the hostel and doesn't find Josh. He runs into two girls, who seem to work at the hostel and he ends up going to a factory with one of them under the impression that Josh is at that location. Paxton goes into the dark facility and sees various people being tortured, and sees Josh's dead body. Paxton is strapped to chair to undergo torture, the client chooses a chainsaw and maims his fingers. Somehow, Paxton fights back, and causes the guy to lose control over the power tool killing himself accidentally. Paxton breaks free and escapes through the dark corridors and even hides under corpses. He also goes back to save the Japanese girl in the MMS picture, who was being burned alive. The two run out and escape in a car.

Being chased by corrupt cops and goons, the two reach a train station, but the girl, traumatized, commits suicide on the tracks. Paxton boards a train. He eventually sees the creepy guy from earlier again, and follows him into the restroom and brutally slices him, letting him know that he knows all about the murder for pleasure racket. Paxton walks away .
Best part of story, including ending: It was just too brutal, gratuitous violence. I didn't enjoy it all.

Best scene in story: When it's payback time for the creepy guy in the bathroom stall and Paxton kills him.

Opinion about the main character: Again, a story about stupid tourists. All signs point to danger however they (Paxton and Josh in particular) proceed without caution.
