Janet and Ned have some family problems and they decide to divorce. Their children, Grover Beindorf and his younger sister Stacy, don't want them to divorce because Janet and Ned have been married for eighteen years.

Grover Beindorf and Stacy lock them up in the basement until they solve out their problems. When Grover and Stacy tell their friends what they did to their parents, all the kids at school start to do the same thing to their parents.
