IGUANA is a movie cowritten and directed by Monte Hellman in 1988.

Oberlus, a sailor whose face's skin looks like the skin of an iguana, declares war to mankind and captures anyone who dares disembark on his island. A young spanish woman becomes his personal sexual slave and gives him a child while his prisoners are trying to find a way to return to civilization.
