The Jackass gang in their follow up movie since 2002 is at it again, filled with crude humor, male nudity and grossed out scenes. Johnny, Bam, Wee Man, Steve and the rest start off the film in slow motion running outside and knocking off some things as they pass by. Chris Pontius stars in a puppet show; his crotch covered in white cloth play as a innocent puppet while a dangerous snake is ready to attack its prey. Wee Man happily running naked in public with his penis and testicles exposed for everyone to see.

Johnny Knoxville plays as a grandfather taking his grandson out for some family time and gives the boy a cigarette; when a highly agitated onlooker get quite angry that the young boy is smoking. This leads to a confrontation between Johnny as a old man and what he called a hippie that wants to beat him up.
