He tells about the girl he loved and lost. He tells about meeting a native american and encouraging him to start his own fireworks business. He tells about meeting a former mobster in witness protection.
He tells how he eventually finds his parents and discovers that they're awful people.
Distraught, Joe decides to jump off a bridge and kill himself.
Luckily, his lost love shows up just in time to talk him out of it.
After that, Joe lives happily ever after with his love, his dog, the mobster, the native american and another girl that he met along the way.

Joe Dirt is a lowly custodian for a radio station. One day the host asks him to tell his story on the radio show. He tells of his childhood as a parentless white trash child looking for his parents. When he is finished telling his story he becomes a celebrity and goes to find his parents.
