Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Jumanji

In 1869, two boys bury a chest in New Hampshire. 100 years later, a boy named Alan finds the chest. Inside the chest there is a board game called Jumanji. When Alan takes the board game home, his friend Sarah comes over and they begin playing Jumanji. Alan's first move causes him to get sucked into the game. 26 years later, Judy and Peter move into Alan's house. They find Jumanji and begin playing. Their kitchen begins getting destroyed by monkeys. The game says that when the game ends, everything will go back to normal. Therefore, they keep playing. Peter rolls a five and releases a lion and an adult Alan who was still sucked into the game. Alan traps the lion in a room. Alan watches as Peter and Judy continue to play. Alan realizes that Peter and Judy are continuing the same game that Alan and Sarah was playing. The group gets Sarah to agree to play. Many crazy things begin happening and the group must win the game to reverse all the effects.

Best part of story, including ending: What I liked about this story was the exciting world that came from the board game.

Best scene in story: My favorite scene was the first time the board game did something crazy because it was exciting.

Opinion about the main character: What I liked most about Alan was that he had the guts to continue playing the game while it was dangerous.
