They figure out Lilly Micelli (played by Joanna Cassidy), who is the owner of Micelli's is the one trying to win the All City Chef Cook Off Contest but creating all the food poisoning incidences. The contest has only two restaurants, Micelli's and Big Sug's in the contest because all the others have been closed due to the health code violations. Larry takes a microphone into the restroom. He broadcasts the plan of Micelli to poison the food of all the other restaurants when she brags about it over the PA system to the live and home television show audience. Larry physically fights with Micelli's sister. Butlin physically fights with Micelli. It is revealed the handicap office workerin the health department, is not really handicapped at all. He is related to Lilly Micelli and is the one who was the mastermind of the food poisoning plan. Larry gets his job back. Butlin gets a promotion. Larry gets together with Jane. Butlin dates Big Sug. The neighbor Donnie, with downs syndrome is happy that his old friend Larry is still a stupid redneck.
Best part of story, including ending: This is redneck humor best appreciated by being overweight, having excessive gas, and being retarded.

Best scene in story: The funniest scene is when Larry meets the trailer trash mother of Jane, after Jane is embarrassed to introduce her, and the woman really likes Larry. The rudeness of Jane's trailer trash mom and Larry's redneck behavior fit together perfectly.

Opinion about the main character: Larry is beyond hope or redemption, but this is why the audience likes him. One thing he does know is how to "Get 'er done!", whatever the hell that means.
