Jean-Marc Clément is a billionaire who falls in love with the artist Amanda Dell. In order to approach her, he decides to be part of the show she's playing in. He asks Gene Kelly, Milton Berle and Bing Crosby to give him acting, dancing and singing lessons. But it's not easy to seduce the beautiful Amanda, still unaware of Clément's real status. She's more interested in helping his partner Tony Danton to become a star and to attend night school.
