After helping James Bond and his CIA friend Felix Lieter capture International Drug Lord Franz Sanchez, Bond perpares to leave Key West. Sanchez, however, escapes and kills Lieter's new wife and feeds Felix to a shark, causing Felix to loose a leg. Bond is angered by this and disobey's M's orders and go's to the warehouse where Felix lost his leg and kills sevral men, including the man who betrayed Felix. M is furious, and Bond's licence to kill is revoked. Bond travels to Central American country of Isthumas and with the help of former CIA pilot Pam Bouvier, Bond goes after Sancez. It leads to climatic 18 - wheeler chase where Bond must kill Sancez and stop his evil drug empire.
