In this sequel to the 1997 summer blockbuster Jay (Smith) lures Kay (Jones) back to MIB so they can prevent an alien disguised as a supermodel (Lara Flynn Boyle) from taking over the world. Frank the pug is funnier than ever, and there's a kissing scene involving Jay and a witness (Rosario Dawson). Rip Torn also returns as Zed, the head of MIB operations.

This is the long-awaited sequel to Men in Black. J and K are back to save the world from the scum of the universe.
It starts off a while after the first one. J (Smith) has gone through several partners, one was the morgue woman who he neuralised and sent back to her old profession. He is lonely and doesn't want them to go without what he has.
Then a female alien (Flynn) comes to Earth looking for 'the light' destroying things as she goes. It is then left up to J to find his old partner and jog his memeory. As K is the only one with the knowledge of 'the light.'
J finds K (Jones) now Kevin working in the Postal service. His wife left him and J points out that the reason he's so comfortable working at the post office is because they're all aliens. As they try one of the devices at the MIB HQ to get K's memory back it is taken over by the alien Flynn. J and K escape and its up to them to find clues to get the 'light' before the alien destroys the world and the MIB.
A great film if not a little similar to the first one. The special effects are fantastic and the Smith and Jones onscreen chemistry is brilliant, they both work well together continuing the humour from part one. The soundtrack is also great. The Men in Black are most definitely back!

In the 2002 sequel to the 1997 megahit based on Lowell Cunningham's comic book, Agents J (Smith) and K (Jones) are reunited to save the world once again from evil aliens. The vet and rookie formula is briefly reversed, because K had his memory wiped out several years ago and is employed as the postmaster of Truro, Massachusetts. J has to retrieve K, deneuralize him, and find out what he knows about the hiding of the great light of Zartha, which the busty but dangerous evil Queen Serleena (brazenly portrayed by Boyle) has arrived on Earth to find, whereupon she'll destroy the planet. The plot and the humor are considerably weaker than the original, but Torn is wonderful as the chief, Tony Shalhoub has another meaty cameo, Michael Jackson and Martha Stewart drop in briefly, and Jones's expressive face says much more than his mediocre lines. There are some fun special effects, too.
