Agent K is a special agent from a group called Men In Black that catches aliens. In 1969, he shot and jailed an alien named Boris. In 2012, Boris escapes from prison and wants revenge on Agent K. When Agent K stopped Boris, he deployed an ArcNet shield around earth to prevent Boris' alien race from invading Earth. One day, Agent K vanishes. Agent K's parter Agent J is the only person who remembers Agent K in the whole Men In Black headquarters. Agent J finds out that Boris traveled back in time and killed Agent K in 1969. Agent J travels back in time just before Agent K is killed and finds Agent K. Agent J tells Agent K what is going to happen and they begin working together to stop Boris. Their clues lead them to Griffin who says he can give them ArcNet. Boris kidnaps Griffin before he can give ArcNet to Agents K and J. Agent J, Agent K, and Griffin must stop Boris and put the ArcNet shield around earth to stop an alien invasion.
