A security guard at a department store unlocks the place's grisly past. When Ben starts working at an old luxury department store, the mirrors in the place start to play tricks on him. Because he is on medication, he often blurs the line between reality or imagination. He sees visions of people dying or burning, and other terrifying depictions. He learns the place's history as a former mental hospital and the site of a terrible fire. He is left with a clue,: Esseker, who was a former patient. Back home, Ben's private life is being affected by the mirrors a well. An evil presence is now lurking around the people he loves and tries to hurt them. His sister is brutally murdered. He learns that Esseker was taken over by an evil spirit, and that mirrors were used to draw it out. When it left her, it remained in the mirrors. Ben brings Anna back to the store and the spirit controls her. Ben fights the creature and kills it using a gas line. The building starts to crumble, trapping both inside. When Ben resurfaces, he sees everything as if it were a reflection. He realizes that he's trapped in the mirror dimension and cannot escape.
