At Consolidate, the office manager, the vice president's secretary and the newest employee become great friends as they share their resentment about their egotistical, sexist boss. When they inadvertently get a chance to take revenge, they institute a host of popular office procedures in his absence-even as their scheme spins wildly out of control. This delightful comedy marks Dolly Parton's film debut and features the Oscar nominated hit song she wrote and performed.
