The head of the mall security Ronnie Barnhart makes it his mission to arrest an offender who exposed himself to women shoppers in the Forest Ridge Parking lot. Ronnie is assisted by Charles and Dennis and the Yuen twins. Outside the mall a reporter talks to Ronnie regarding the incident that occurred at the mall. She happens to call him a security guard and he cuts her off telling her he is the head of the mall security. Brandi is the makeup counter salesperson and Ronnie cant help but to watch and admire her from a distance. The following day Ronnie happens to get a cup of coffee from the food court where he meets a girl named Nell who is brand new. She asks him if there really is a pervert that is roaming around the mall and he said yes and that it's his duty to protect the people of the mall. In the meanwhile, Brandi happens to be outside and while getting out of the car, the pervert comes by her car exposes himself and asks her to touch his private area. She screams, and Ronnie thinking he can be an actual officer runs out running in hopes of catching this man. He tells the other mall guards not to notify the police and that he wants to try and tackle this man down on his own.

Best part of story, including ending:
This movie was quite dumb in it's plot. It makes you question your maturity level when watching it, however it did have some good humor and I couldn't help but laugh.
Best scene in story:
My favorite scene would be when Ronnie is with the mall detective Harrison and Ronnie accuses one of the Hindu men at the mall cart of possibly being the pervert they are on the look for. The man replies to Ronnie with, " How can I be the pervert when he's white. My dick is brown you dumb motherfucker".
Opinion about the main character:
What I like about the character in the movie is his perseverance and humor. He seems to be sure he can become an officer and protect the people of the mall. His childish humor kept me laughing while watching the movie.
