Frank (Murry) never takes care of himself, which is bad news for the cells in his body, in particular Osmosis Jones (Voice of Rock), a white blood cell who's already in hot water for humiliating Frank by making him vomit in public (Frank had eaten an oyster, and Jones saw a virus on it, many thought he jumed the gun). When Frank eats an egg that a Chimpanzee stole from him, he unwittingly released Thrax (Voice of Fishburne), a virus bent on destroying Frank's body in record time. Thinking this is nothing but a commen cold, Mayot Phlemming (Voice of Shatner) calls for a cold pill Drixenol, or Drix (Voice of Pierce). Jones and Drix become uneasy partners, but uncover Thrax's presence. Trouble is, no one beleives them exept for the Mayor's secretary Leah (Norwood). Will they be able to stop Thrax in time? Find out in this often hilarious and suspenseful movie!
