Upon his meeting at the fitness club, he tries to get some interesting information out of his interviewees, mostly women. First is Sally, a airhead that is in love with a male stripper Roger, who is also a regular member of the club. Next is Linda, a misguided woman who sleeps with almost every male at the gym and believes that having the perfect shape will land her Mr. Right. Aside from the other two, there is Jessie, the fitness instructor who is loved by many of her students at the gym. Jessie seems a bit weary of doing a interview with Lawrence, since the last reporter messed up her chances of making the Olympic swimming team.

Trying to make the hesistant Jessie feel much comfortable, Lawrence uses his charm to get a story out of her. Soon after the journalist gets more than he ask for and the two began a passionate love affair. Somehow Jessie finds out Lawrence written insulting remarks about her and the club itself. Now the fitness instructor is fuming over the things that Lawrence wrote in the paper. Lawrence has two things to confront with, either publish the story in paper and leave Jessie even more humilated than she already is or don't take that chance, even if it might cost him his job and his editor sending him out the door.
