Copenhagen, Denmark. A week in Frank's life, a drug dealer whose last deal has gone wrong. He's been arrested but he had the time to get rid of the heroin. He's soon released. Without the merchandise nor the money of the deal, he must confront his business partner Milo who gives him a week to raise the money he lost in the operation. Under pressure, Frank visits his regular customers but everything seems to go wrong and the clock is ticking.
