'Skyline' is a science fiction thriller film on alien invasion. It is produced and directed by Brothers Strause, the same who directed 'Aliens vs Predator: Requiem'. This movie released on 2010.

Jarrod and his girlfriend Elaine are now at Los Angeles for Terry's birthday party. In this birthday party Elaine reveals that she is pregnant. The next day in the morning, blue lights comes from the sky above, and taking anyone who looks at it. Humans are taken by the alien machines. Jarrod and Terry go to the roof to investigate it. There are numerous alien ships coming down through the clouds. Alien invasion begins.
US Air Force launches an attack armed with missiles. Only one of their planes gets through and fires a nuclear missile before being destroyed. The missile hits the mother-ship. It blows the ship apart, but the ship rises back and slowly begins to repair itself.
At the end Jarrod and Elaine been taken by the aliens. One of them eats Jarrod's brain but after sometimes it dies. Jarrod wakes up again, but in the aliens body. He takes Elaine in his arms and starts fighting with the rest of the aliens. The film ends here. But we have to wait for the next episode.
Best part of story, including ending:
An alien invasion science fiction thriller movie. The story is well written but could have been better than that. Totally not so bad to watch.
Best scene in story:
An alien eats Jarrod's brain and is dead after sometimes. His brain has a special power. Jarrod wakes up, but in the alien's body.
Opinion about the main character:
Jarrod never showed fear in himself. Alien invasion began, yet he didn't think about escaping. he has got a brave heart in him.
