Spies Like Us Movie Review Summary

Actors: Dan Aykroyd, Chevy Chase, Steve Forrest, Donna Dixon

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Spies Like Us

Two bumbling government workers (Aykroyd and Chase) get caught cheating on departmental exams and are rewarded with a huge promotion. This leads to some cursory spy training. Little do they know that they aren't actually spies but are decoys deployed in Afghanistan to throw off the Soviets in this hilarious 80's Cold War spoof. Still, they manage to weasel their way in position to prevent a global nuclear war. John Landis (Blues Brothers, Coming to America) directs.
