A couple of surfer kids named Johnny and Adam meet a traveller named Zatch (Reys Sr) who tells them that they are the heirs to the throne of the small island nation of Patu San. They were smuggled out of the country when a ruthless foreign dictator named Col. Chi (Neilson) took over. Now their adoptive father Mac (Karlen) was kidnapped by Chi's ninjas, sent to kill the princes! Now the kids, with Zatch, Their freind Iggy (Schnider) who has delusions of grandur, and a cop (Loc) must travel to Patu San an defeat Col. Chi, who is partly robotic since his encounter with an elephant during the first invasion. A delight to watch!!!!
