Sargent Crockett (Alan Van Sprang) and his remaining soldiers seek solace from a zombie plague on Plum Island. The island is home to two families - the Muldoons and O'flynns.

Muldoon (Richard Fitzpatrick) believes there's a cure for the virus, and keeps his dead relatives chained up. O'Flynn (Kenneth Welsh) believes all the dead must be eradicated.
The military and the families can't stop fighting, leading to escalated violence, until Crockett decides he must fight Muldoon for the safety of the island - and the world.
