Tough cop Jack (Wings Hauser) doesn't know any of that. But when a would-be actress-turned-hooker (T.C. Warner) that he thought he'd rescued turns up dead, he takes it personally and resolves to find the killer.
When Jack's prime suspect, a pimp (Mitch Hara) who happens to be Roscoe's gay lover, gets run over by a few cars, he thinks he's solved the case. But a couple more victims prove him wrong, and he is suspended from the force.
When Roscoe goes after Jack's live-in girlfriend (Kathleen Kinmont), however, nothing can stop him from taking on the madman in a final battle.
