On halloween, a man and his fiance are murdered by a group of thugs. The man's soul is unable to rest until justice is done. The man comes back from the grave, guided by a crow. Invincible and urinated, he tracks down the killers one by one and kills them in horrible fashion. Along the way, he reunites with a young girl who was a good friend and he teams up the a cop that worked on his murder case. After killing the thugs he kills their ring leader.

The whole movie is about revenge. Eric Draven is brought back from the dead to avenge the killing and raping of his fiancee. His mission is to set right the wrongs of what happened by hurting those who hurt him.
