Peppino is about 50 years old, very short and unattractive. He is a reknown taxidermist and spends all his money to give presents to the young men he meets. Peppino also works sometimes for the mafia by hiding drugs in corpses.
One day, at the local zoo, Peppino makes the acquaintance of Valerio who works as a cook in a restaurant. Peppino is right away fascinated by the young man and decides to seduce him. He manages to convince Valerio to work for him and soon the young man moves in Peppino's apartment. Valerio thinks that Peppino cares about him only because of his skill and doesn't have doubts about Peppino's intentions.
When Valerio asks him to lodge Deborah, a young woman he has fallen in love with, Peppino accepts, still hoping to find a way to bring Valerio into own bed. But, after a few weeks, Deborah is not able to share Valerio with the midget, quarrels with Peppino and leaves with Valerio. But Peppino doesn't give up and follows the couple to Cremona, Italy.
