A secret governmental organization is secretly using hidden cameras in order to observe the city of Los Angeles. Gabriel Byrne, a scientist working for this organization, sends by e-mail a description of what is going on to Bill Pullman, a Hollywood producer. Pullman is kidnapped before reading the document but manages to escape and finds refuge in a latin american family. Will Byrne and Pullman finally have the possibility to reveal to the public what they know ?
