Every day on his way to the university, a young student crosses the path of a young girl, Sylvie. On the day he dares at last speak to her, she disappears from the streets. The following three weeks, between noon and one a.m., the student will survey the streets of the neighborhood and buy his lunch at the local bakery. There, he'll begin to flirt with the young saleswoman and finally invite her to go to the movies. But, the same day, Sylvie reappears.
