Trevor is losing his mind and he can't figure anything out. He meets up with Ivan for drinks at a bar and finds a picture of Ivan with a co-worker holding a fish. Trevor feels like this proves Ivan is real. He then goes to work and sees Miller and Trevor apologizes for the accident. Then as he is working on a machine his sleeve gets stuck and he almost loses an arm. He gets it out intact but accuses everyone there for sabotaging him. They all think he is crazy. Trevor digs for the picture but it isn't in his wallet. This sets him further down the slope of madness in which he confronts Stevie and Miller for setting him up. Now he makes finding Ivan his quest. And we follow Trevor in his desperate attempts to track down Ivan, only to find out that Ivan is a figment of his imagination.
