THE MAN WHO LOVED WOMEN (L'Homme qui aimait les Femmes) is a movie co-written and directed by François Truffaut in 1977. Nominated for the Golden Bear at the Berlin Festival.

Charles Denner is 40 years old and a successful engineer. He is literally obsessed by women and has romantic relations with hundreds of them. Suddenly, he feels the need to write about the peculiar relations he has with women. He will need his whole free time to recollect the most important encounters of his life. His manuscript is finally accepted by an editor.
