Dr. Huffararrrrrr loses his young wife and soon, through his career as the world's preeminent pioneer of the cranial screw-top method of brain surgery he is able to save the life of a beautiful woman, whom he marries. She turns out to be a cold-hearted, unscrupulous black widow, out for his money. At last the Dr. meets his true love, Ann Amalmahay, but there's a catch... she's a disembodied brain!

Whilst driving home and reminiscing about his beloved dead wife the brilliant brain surgeon Dr Michael Hfuhuruhurr accidentally runs down a young woman. Appalled, he has the woman rushed to hospital where he performs brain surgery to save her life. Then he marries her, innocent of her true nature – but he quickly learns. On a medical trip to Switzerland, Hfuhuruhurr meets a colleague who takes him back to his laboratory to show off his great work with brains. Hfuhuruhurr falls in love with a disembodied female brain and decides to transplant it into his hateful wife's body before his colleague places the brain into the head of a Gorilla…
