Detailed plot synopsis reviews of The Other Side of Midnight

This tale of love, betrayal and revenge is based on the bestseller of the same name by Sidney Sheldon and races across France, Washington and Greece as the plot unfolds. The drama begins in Paris, where the sensuous Noelle Page (Pisier) has a torrid affair with a handsome World War II pilot Larry Douglas (John Beck). However, Larry fails to keep his promise of marriage and deserts her. Noelle goes on to become a successful actress and marries the powerful Greek Tycoon Constantin Demeris (Vallone), but the humiliation of Larry's betrayal still rankles her. To take revenge, she manipulates Demeris and hires Larry as his private pilot. But, once Larry arrives, they start a torrid affair and connive to get together again. What they do not realize is that Demeris, with some help from Larry's wife Catherine (Susan Sarandon), has his own plans.
