Roger Hanin, nicknamed "The Tiger", is a French secret agent. His new mission is to protect the Turkish Economics Minister who has to sign an important military agreement in Paris. The Minister has received death threats from his enemies. Hanin foils a first murder attempt and is now tracking the suspects.
