In a small town people begin to end up dead. At first they suspect a murderer is no the loose, but then they realize 4 giant, underground worm-like creatures are after them. They now must use all their resources to save themselves.

Giant underground monsters attack a small desert town eating anything that moves. Two handymen, and everyone else, use their wits to decoy, delay, escape and kill the monsters, who use their wits to learn and plan to kill them. The focus is the younger handyman, who comes to realize that love is more than physical, a person is more than a body, as the female lead's brains and resourcefulness lead him to reevaluate his priorities and sense of his own worth.

Two handymen located in the very, very small town of Perfection, Nevada discover that giant underground slugs are killing and eating people. When the monsters start popping up everywhere, the townspeople (about nine) have to fight for their lives and work together to save the town!

In a very tiny and remote desert town in Nevada two friends and an eclectic group of townspeople have discovered they have a serious problem... something very large is moving under the ground, and eating anything warm-blooded it can latch on to.
This is a fun film made in the spirit of the old 1950s creature features, with doses of humor, banter, and plenty of action. Nice performances, cool creatures--'Tremors' is just a fun movie for creature film lovers.
