On a Navy ship a group of terrorists take over the ship and kill nearly everyone on board. However, there is one person that is still on board. He is a cook, but an ex-navy seal. Now he must use all of his resources to defeat the terrorists and stop the terrorists from sending off nukes.

Ex Navy SEAL Casey Ryback is working as cook on a warship taken over by terrorists, led by an insane ex military guy and the ships corrupt Lieutenant. Casey meets "Miss July" Jordan Tate, and they gradually fall in love as they fight to take back the ship before its deadly nuclear cargo can be transported onto the terrorists submarine.
