Ex Navy SEAL Casey Ryback is working as cook on a warship taken over by terrorists, led by an insane ex military guy and the ships corrupt Lieutenant. Casey meets "Miss July" Jordan Tate, and they gradually fall in love as they fight to take back the ship before its deadly nuclear cargo can be transported onto the terrorists submarine.
