VISITOR Q is a movie directed by Takashi Miike in 2001.
This movie depicts the most dysfunctional family one could imagine. The father and the daughter have an incestuous relation, the son, bullied and humiliated by his schoolmates, is regularly beating his own mother while at home and the mother has sadomasochist sessions in order to pay for the drugs she takes.

The arrival of the Visitor Q, a complete stranger, in this home will provoke a little revolution. All of a sudden, the father decides to make a movie about the relations he has with his son and he'll also rape his colleague after having strangled her. The mother will rebel against her son and discover she's still a woman.
VISITOR Q is a movie dealing with social questions treated in a surrealist, horrific and sometimes comic manner by Takashi Miike whose cinema is maybe shocking but always innovative.
