Dean and Monty became waiters right after high school. Dean doesn't like being a waiter. He would rather be in college like Chett, the guy that Dean's mom keeps raving about. Monty has accepted the fact that being a waiter is his future. Their restaurant staff occupies themselves in gossip. They are usually complaining about the customers. Monty is always making passes at pretty women in the restaurant. Each employee has their own set of problems and stories that go on during the flow of the restaurant. At the end of the day, Chett comes in the restaurant and has an exchange of words with Dean.
