Agent 999 is searching for the bandit Rolex who's disappeared inside of a small island on the other side of the river. Agent 999 meets the chief of police of the island who tells him he will help him find the bandit. But soon 999 is attacked by the inhabitants of the village who are in fact cannibals eating anybody daring to cross their island. As the chief of police and his men are also maneaters, 999 will have to prove to everybody that he's a master in Kung Fu if he wants to stay alive for a while in the village.
