Plot Summary of The Road to Paradise Island
"The book starts off in the 19th century in England with Annalice living with her grandma and brother Phillip. She trips over a grave with Annalice's name on it, which dates back a hundred years. Soon, a storm comes which forces them to open up an enclosed room, Annalice's which hasn't been stepped in for a long time. Ann Alice discovers Annalice's diary and reads it. She reads about long lost island called Paradise Island. Phillip, a curious mapmaker goes on a voyage to find the island. Annalice meets lover Ray who she promised to engage with. About after 2 years after Phillip missing, she goes on a quest to find him. She comes across a young man, Milton Harrington who helps her and her friend, Felicity get away from William Grenville, Felicity's ex husband and who she ends up killing as well.   Milton and Annalice slowly fall in love. Ray comes to Australia to discover this and discovers that Felicity is in love with him so they go home to together from Australia together to England and marry. Annalice soon comes across a Magnus Perrenson whose name was mentioned in Ann Alice's diary. Before she knows it, on her second visit, Magnus reveals the truth to her that there is a Paradise Island buried beneath the ocean and he had dropped her brother, Phillip there beneath the ocean with the island. Before, he had the chance to do the same with her, Magnus saved her and killed Magnus and also saved the island."

When Phillip goes missing, she feels like she must search for him. Annalice goes to Australia to find him. She encounters close friends and love on her journey."
