|Plot Summary of The Cat Who Came to Breakfast|
Qwilleran and the cats are visiting an island known by many names. Qwill has always called it Breakfast Island, but to the natives, it's Providence Island. To the rich summer residents it's Grand Island - and to the developers and tourist who are turning this once peaceful place upside down, it's Pear Island. But when some odd "accidents" occur, including a fatal boat explosion, Qwill suspects sabotage and sets out to investigate.
Qwill and the cats travel to the Domino Inn, run by Nick and Lori Bamba, to investigate some “accidents” while his companion Polly Duncan is vacationing. All of the incidents are pointing to sabotage and Nick Bamba wants the culprit found out before any more guests at his inn get hurt. Qwilleran and Koko spell out clues to help solve the plot to stop tourism on Pear Island.

At the request of Nick Bamba, Qwill and his 2 Siamese go to Breakfast Island to investigate some unexplained events. While there he rescues an heiress and solves the crimes (with the help of the cats and some dominoes). This is my favorite Cat Who book!
