Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Nebraska

Woody Grant is found walking on the side of the road and he is stopped by a police officer. He is picked up by his son, David, and tells him that he wants to travel to Nebraska in order to pick up one million dollars that he has won in a sweepstakes. At first David is wary of this scam sweepstakes and takes his father home. David soon after gets a call from his mother saying how Woody has left again. David goes to pick up his father and agrees to drive him to Nebraska. Through a series of events that weekend David and Woody spend more time together and David begins to understand his familial background more than he ever did before.

Best part of story, including ending: This movie is simple and brilliant. It is interesting to watch the father son dynamic.

Best scene in story: My favorite scene or part in the movie is when Woody loses his dentures and they retrace their steps in order to find them.

Opinion about the main character: I like the main characters' mysteriousness. He is a drunk, yes, but there is something about him as a father and his background that makes him so interesting.
