This Is The End Movie Review Summary

Actors: Seth Rogan, James Franco, Jonah Hill

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of This Is The End

Seth Rogan, James Franco, Jonah Hill and other popular actors of this comedy genre have gotten together for a massive party, all of them playing themselves. There are lots of other popular faces that show up throughout the movie like Rihanna and Emma Watson, too. The party is well underway when someone realize that the apocalypse has started and the entire city is going crazy! Several of them hole up in James Franco's house to hide out but that doesn't last for long because they start running out of supplies so they head out to try and find more.

They eventually realize that this is actually the apocalypse of the Bible and that they have been left behind because of bad things they have done in their past. They need to find a way to redeem themselves if they want to be saved and avoid destruction!
Best part of story, including ending: If you don't like stupid humor you won't like this movie. I happen to love this dumb humor though so I enjoyed the stupid jokes, the crass humor, and the innuendo. There is not a minute that doesn't have a funnyy point to it.

Best scene in story: I loved the scene where Emma Watson breaks into their house and steals their supplies and runs. She's like a kick butt character from a post-apocalyptic movie and she does a great job.

Opinion about the main character: I love Seth Rogan normally but playing himself in this movie he's great. He's not the tough guy and is actually a bit of a scaredy cat but he stays true to his friends.
